I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, it was very clean and located perfectly in the CBD, making it convenient for exploring Melbourne. However, the room stayed hot even in winter, forcing me to keep the air-conditioner running all the time. Additionally, there was no waste disposal or laundry facilities on my floor, which was inconvenient.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and quiet, perfect for my family with teenage children. The sunny balcony, well-appointed kitchen, and comfy bed made our stay truly enjoyable. The location was fantastic, allowing us easy access to all the city has to offer. On the downside, the residential setting meant more exposure to people and germs, but overall, it was a great experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was lovely with unexpected daily room service that I really appreciated. It was excellent, very spacious with a great view and had all the necessities I needed. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable, and the nice balcony added to the experience.
